Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but all too often it is ignored because of the daily rush.
It doesn’t have to be complicated to enjoy a good breakfast. This Bulky Blueberry Banana Oatmeal will help you kick start your day so you can take on any challenge that comes your way.
Bulky Blueberry Banana OatmealPrint This
150ml almond milk or similar (hemp milk, oat milk, etc)
1 tablespoon of peanut butter (vegan)
1 tablespoon of crunchy biscoff spread (optional)
2 teaspoons of flax seed
1 small handful of blueberries
Agave nectar or vegan Canadian maple syrup
1/5 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Put the oats, peanut butter, biscoff spread and milk into a bowl and mix until smooth.
Add mixture to a saucepan and cook over a medium heat until warm and thickened (add more milk if required).
Pour mixture into serving bowl and top with blueberries, banana and flax seed.
Drizzle agave nectar or syrup to taste and enjoy before going out and conquering your day.
